It's a start if NJ got him, but they'd still need one more legit top 6 sniper.

Need goal scorers. Plain and simple.

No more 3rd/4th line fluff.

Get the real deal or get ready for another disappointing season. Getting rid of Volchenkov, Salvador, and Harrold would be enough to give Stastny a similar deal to what he has now one would think.

Then they just gotta find another guy to bring in. Will be interesting to see what happens.

I'd entertain the thought of Vanek & Stastny, but that's just a pipe dream.

Cammalleri now that he wouldn't cost assets would be interesting, i believe he's UFA now. Wouldn't mind Jokinen either. Give us someone who could possible score in the freaking shootout.

No Cami. Also, Ryder needs to be dumped. I hope we could trade for Sobotka's RFA rights since St. Louis is going to have to pay Berglund legit money and give a bridge deal to Schwartz. Have to make a decision on Roy as well. I've always liked Stastny here.

I'd think if NJ signed Stastny that Henrique might continue to play on the wing, but either way who knows. I'm not a big Cammalleri fan, I really didn't want NJ to give up assets for him at the deadline, but there aren't a ton of UFA goal scorers. At least not ones that would come to NJ anyway.

agreed. i've been pipe-dreaming for a while.
my wish list is first to be rid of Volchenkov, Salvador AND Ryder. SO much cap space- 10.7 mil that can be put to overpaying a player that will actually make us BETTER instead of worse.

SURELY we can get AT LEAST 1 of the guys.
